**2nd Shift Packaging Associate – Lincoln, NE**
**Location:** Lincoln, NE
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
**Pay:** Paid weekly with daily pay options available
**Job Purpose:**
We’re seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll independently inspect, package, and document products and materials while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. This position plays a key part in ensuring our products meet strict quality and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Packaging Operations**
+ Perform product weighing, processing, inspection, and packaging according to cGMP and SOP guidelines.
+ Monitor and maintain material levels to ensure continuous production.
+ Track and record product quality attributes to meet designated parameters.
**Materials & Supplies**
+ Keep staging areas stocked with necessary materials.
+ Safely operate transporting equipment to move materials as needed.
**Record Keeping**
+ Maintain accurate documentation for equipment operations, troubleshooting, and activity logs.
**Training & Communication**
+ Escalate issues to management promptly.
+ Maintain compliance with all required training in the Learning Management System.
**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Ability to accurately complete documentation.
+ Steel to boots or steel toe tennis shoes
**Preferred:**
+ Previous experience with cGMP documentation.
+ Exposure to lean manufacturing principles and practices.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
