The best part is you’ll be joining a winning culture with Adecco—and you’ll have access to all our Adecco Perks! **Perks:** • **Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM • **Training:** 4–6 weeks on 1st shift • **Pay:** $22.00 per hour • **Weekly paycheck** • Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses • We’re open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow in this field. **Responsibilities:** • Operate packaging lines and support daily production goals • Perform routine quality and safety checks in compliance with FDA and Haleon standards • Assist with equipment maintenance, line changeovers, and cleaning activities • Use SAP for inventory control, batch reconciliation, and material movements • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment issues and production deviations • Maintain compliance with GMP, 5S, and Environmental Health & Safety policies **Required Qualifications & Experience:** • High School Diploma or GED • 1–5 years of experience in a production or packaging environment • SAP experience preferred • Ability to work overnight shifts and complete initial training on first shift • Must wear steel toe boots and comply with dress code standards **Essential Skills:** • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems • Willingness to learn and grow within a regulated manufacturing setting This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
