Job Title: Packaging Operator Location: East Hanover, New Jersey Type: Contract Compensation: $25 Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: M-F, 6a-2:30p/Some Saturday's Responsibilities + Operate and monitor packaging machinery safely and efficiently + Perform packaging tasks per customer orders + Conduct minor equipment repairs and stock raw materials + Follow safety and environmental procedures, including hazardous material handling + Maintain cleanliness of work area (general housekeeping) + Support continuous improvement and meet production/quality targets Qualifications + High school diploma or GED + 1–3 years of experience in packaging or manufacturing + Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, stooping, standing) + Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed + Must wear required PPE and work in high-hazard environments System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
