About This Role
We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our packaging operations at Baileys, Nangor Road. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll drive the efficiency of a busy production line and lead your team to deliver outstanding results — safely and to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for:
Leading your team on the floor daily to meet production targets.
Ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently achieved.
Driving continuous improvement with bold action planning and delivery.
Developing your team through coaching, recognizing great performance, and addressing issues promptly.
Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Utilising visual management tools and daily routines to keep the team focused and accountable.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Solid management experience in a manufacturing or production environment — you’ll have directly led teams, not just supported them
A strong track record of managing performance and developing team capability through coaching and support
Proactive structured problem evaluation and resolving issues quickly learnt through exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or Manufacturing excellence
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence across different teams and functions
A continuous improvement mindset — always looking for better ways of working and encouraging others to do the same
Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern (no night shifts)
Shift Pattern and Working Hours
This role operates on a rotating shift schedule with shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM and 3 PM to midnight. You’ll work an average of 38 hours per week across the year, with shifts adjusted during peak times to meet demand. During quieter periods, you’ll typically have Fridays off to support a better work-life balance.
