We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture. **Summary** The Packaging Mechanic diagnoses packaging equipment problems, repairs minor and major breakdown of high-speed packaging equipment, sets up and installs all packaging equipment, performs preventative maintenance items, improves line efficiencies, and ensures all equipment is in safe working condition. **Key Responsibilities** Maintaining and repairing packaging equipment, including conveyors, sealers, wrappers, and labeling machines. Troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow. Performing preventive maintenance according to schedules to avoid unexpected breakdowns. Adjusting machinery settings to accommodate different packaging formats or product specifications. Collaborating with production teams to meet packaging goals and ensure product quality.
