Packaging & Material Handling Operator - Dodge City, KS

Job Summary:
Responsible for operating packing and material handling equipment to safely and efficiently load, move, and transport bulk and semi-bulk materials. This role includes loading semi-bulk trailers, supersacks, and railcars; operating various vehicles and equipment; and accurately completing required documentation.
 
Key Responsibilities:Operate packing and bagging equipment according to safety and quality standardsLoad, unload, and move semi-bulk trailersLoad, move, and handle supersacks safelyLoad and unload railcars with bulk materialsOperate semi trucks, Trackmobile, and forkliftsPerform material transfers and positioning as requiredComplete all required paperwork, logs, and shipping documentation accuratelyConduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance issuesFollow all safety, environmental, and company policiesMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications & Skills:Experience operating packing equipment and material handling machineryAbility to operate a forklift, semi truck, and Trackmobile (certification preferred)Knowledge of bulk material loading proceduresBasic computer and paperwork/documentation skillsStrong attention to safety and detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift and move materials as requiredWork Environment:Industrial or plant settingExposure to dust, noise, and outdoor conditionsRequires standing, walking, and operating heavy equipment for extended periodsADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
