You operate the equipment in your area, follow operational processes, and work closely with your shift team. Any issues or defects you find should be rectified or escalated to the corresponding team member to support. Take ownership of your work and aren’t afraid to dive into tough challenges Follow processes and safety standards closely, with a strong focus on keeping things safe and running right Ability to contribute to a positive team culture to achieve shared goals Be genuinely curious about finding better ways to keep equipment running smoothly.
