**Job Title: Packaging Inspector** **Job Description** As a Packaging Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include performing visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of products, as well as packaging tasks. You will establish inspection and packaging procedures, communicate non-conforming products to supervisors, and assist in solving quality issues. **Responsibilities** + Perform limited and repetitive visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of products. + Establish incoming inspection or packaging procedures and protocols. + Ensure products meet functional specifications and are cosmetically acceptable. + Communicate questionable or non-conforming products to supervisors. + Perform functional tests and packaging techniques using specialized instructions. + Scan items and enter data to complete pass or fail reports for products. + Assist in solving problems, addressing quality issues, and updating work instructions. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Comprehend detailed instructions and read work orders. + Ability to move around and stand all day when necessary. + Work well within a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Maintain work area and equipment in clean condition. + Follow prescribed safety regulations. + Knowledge of packaging, assembly, and production processes. + Ability to label products accurately. **Why Work Here?** This is a great long-term opportunity in a structured, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
