Packaging Sales Support Engineer 

 

 

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for the sales team on custom packaging solutions (Paper and plastic); Design packaging concepts based on technical drawings or samples, be able to present prototypes; Prepare technical documentation and cost quotations; Manage packaging specifications, and technical drawings; Coordinate packaging development select optimal in house or outsourced solution; Manage packaging-related RFQs toward subcontractors; Participate in customer meetings; Provide outstanding customer service by going above and beyond.

 

Requirements:

Degree in Industrial Product Engineering / Light Industry Engineering / Mechanical Engineering; Knowledge of industrial packaging materials (cardboard, foam, plastics, etc.) and packaging processes; Experience in coordinating with suppliers of packaging raw materials; User-level proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAD design software.
