Scopo del ruolo
Sotto la guida generale del proprio Manager è responsabile in prima linea nel proprio turno di lavoro della gestione del personale in turno nei centri di lavoro affidategli e dell’esecuzione del piano di lavoro, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di qualità, compliance, sicurezza e salute.
