What you will do
Support the Supervisor with the coordination of work orders, IN/OUT Bound transportation at Stryker Puerto Rico-Instruments to and from sterilizer’s facilities and other activities related to the warehouse and packaging area.Continuously comply with all regulatory standard requirements.Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming product condition.Will develop, coordinate and/or implement packaging activities, schedules and methods to ensure goal attainment and ensure regulatory compliance in the assigned area.Coordinate shipping and receiving logistic with the transportation company and the sterilizers.Support the packaging team on all project implementations.Follow up on project implementation to ensure all goals are achieved and if changes or additional training are required.Support the warehouse and packaging area on system issues related to SIMS and PRMS.Will investigate and reconciliate discrepancies received from the sterilizers and alerts received from Kalamazoo.May pack production according to standard operating procedures and task instructions.Responsible to prepare manifest documentation.Commit to the EHS policy.What you need
2+ years related to packaging or materials experience.May require forklift trainer certification.Effective written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish).Travel Percentage: 0%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
