**Job Title: Packager PM** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Packager where you will play a crucial role in the production line by packaging and boxing food products. This position requires consistent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Package food products on a production line. + Box packaged food products and stack them onto pallets, involving overhead lifting of up to 10 lbs. + Perform repetitive overhead lifting in a temperature-controlled environment of 8-10 degrees. + Operate in a room with consistently running machinery, including conveyors. + Rotate positions as needed within the production line. + Complete necessary paperwork, notes, and report any defects or waste during quality control while packaging. + Handle frozen products, picking up spring rolls and placing them into the cart. + Assist in moving food towards the multi vac operator and apply sleeves or labels to cartons. + Pack and sleeve finished products into boxes and add them to pallets, requiring the ability to lift 40 lbs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in packaging, manufacturing, and production line operations. + Ability to stand for 8 hours and repetitively lift 40 lbs. + Proficiency in English, able to respond to open-ended questions with complete sentences. + Comfortable working in a chilled environment of 8-10 degrees. + Capable of working around constant machine noise. + Willingness to work daily and weekends as needed in a food production environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in food packaging is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a family-oriented work environment that celebrates its employees with summer BBQs and Christmas dinners. The environment is fast-paced, with a maintained temperature of 8-10 degrees. Follow a dress code that includes steel toe work boots, lab coats, hair nets, gloves, and beard nets if needed.
