Works in multiple stations on a line assembling specialized secondary packaging components.Works to meet all packaging requirements specific to customer order by building units, creating displays, and wrapping secondary packaging components.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while focusing on efficient line basics to achieve customers desired results.

Key Accountabilities:

Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance. Folds and tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets according to direction.Works safely and follows instructions to meeting packing requirements for specific SKUs and componentsMay require use of basic hand tools, such as tape gun, glue gun, etc.Meets packaging speed to achieve line efficiency goalFlexible, adaptable to an ever-changing environmentContinual presences in work area

Required Education and Experience:

High School Degree or equivalent, preferred.0-3 years’ experience within a packaging operationAble to lift and carry up to 50lbsAbility to follow work procedures and safety rulesAbility to perform simple math calculationsAbility to read, understand, and follow directions/instructionsAbility to identify different written forms, box labels etc.Ability to write information clearly onto forms and log sheets.Have appropriate eye, hand, and foot coordination to properly execute position.
