In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of 2-5 individuals on a Roll Forming machine to efficiently package finished materials such as metal shingles, siding, and gutters. Each machine is operated by a Machine Operator II, with support from 2-5 Packagers (Machine Operator I). You will perform visual quality checks to ensure there are no manufacturing defects.

Work EnvironmentThe work setting is an industrial manufacturing environment where conditions can be warm and noisy due to running machinery. Employees must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and heat, with proper PPE and safety training provided. The space is not temperature controlled, with doors open during the summer months.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
