Job Title: Packaging OperatorJob Description: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packaging Operators. You will work in production on various lines to mix, formulate, package, and ship out pharmaceutical products. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain quality on the line and ensure continuous operation of the machinery.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth production.Troubleshoot machine errors and call for technical support when needed.Perform daily maintenance on machines and refill materials as required.Stand and move around the production line area for the entire shift.Use basic math skills to manage overflow bins and other tasks.Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues to prevent delays.Ensure proper labeling and coating of finished products.Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow.Essential SkillsExperience working in a production line setting.Ability to perform basic math calculations.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Capability to troubleshoot machinery and know when to seek help.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have a vehicle for commuting, as the site is not accessible by bus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The site is located in Arnprior and consists of a clean and sterile environment with 10 production lines, including two completely sterile clean rooms. The facility is quiet with machine humming, bright fluorescent lights, and no odors. It operates on a biweekly shift schedule with two weeks on the 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and two weeks on the 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM). All employees wear masks, gloves, hair nets, lab coats, and safety glasses.
