Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Should be able to manage various testing phases in the Workday Implementation as a Test Lead * Is responsible to carry out all different test cycles in SDLS * Is responsible to finalize Testing strategy * Is responsible for signing of the test scripts, testing plans, testing schedules * Is responsible for signing off the test results with test scripts with business **Required technical and professional expertise** * Workday Testing skills * Functional Workday skills in Core HCM * Workday Recruitment and on boarding module functional exp * Workday functional knowledge in Time and Absence * Workday experience in Report building **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Workday Integration knowledge * Workday Certification, Workday Implementation exp. * les having NO WD testing prior experience as these requirements are for Manual Testing.
