Record and ensure accuracy of packages and data.Support metrics tracking, reporting, and linking packages to opportunities.Manage TSP packages, coordinating invoicing with Content Billing.Assist with operations in Salesforce, Evolve, CMS, and HESIOPS across all package types.Handle change requests, notify stakeholders, and resolve data discrepancies.Collaborate with teams to address issues and support sales with package questions.Manage unassigned and product-related cases, update components, and create urgent packages.Troubleshoot and verify product info, active accounts, and URL links.Review discounts, verify prices, and create vouchers for unavailable products.Perform ad hoc tasks, document workflows, and suggest process improvements.Other duties as assigned.
