**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Assists clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR/Recruiting and/or Talent Management modules.
* This specialty uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
* This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support. Consultant resolves configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance information system management
* Minimum 2 years in training, communications or change management role
* Workday experience required
* Strong Agile and traditional project skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills, and communication skills.
* Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly and effectively
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Experience in other Workday modules is highly preferred
