You will provide expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions, establishing key business capabilities and enabling the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. • Implement Payroll Functions: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central Payroll functions like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules. • Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis to inform solution design and ensure seamless implementation. • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to ensure a smooth transition for clients. • Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot issues related to Employee Central Payroll functions and integrations. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll: Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform) to design and deploy HR technology solutions. • SAP Payroll Module Knowledge: Exposure to SAP Payroll Module, including internal and external ECP integrations, to inform solution design and implementation. • Employee Central Experience: Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central to configure, implement, and troubleshoot key payroll functions. • Payroll Function Configuration: Experience configuring and implementing key Employee Central Payroll functions, such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules. • Integration Troubleshooting: Experience troubleshooting issues related to Employee Central Payroll functions and integrations. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • SAP Payroll Module Exposure: Exposure to SAP Payroll Module, including internal and external ECP integrations, to inform solution design and implementation. • Employee Central Familiarity: Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central to configure, implement, and troubleshoot key payroll functions. • Payroll Function Knowledge: Experience configuring and implementing key Employee Central Payroll functions, such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
