Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** • Configure SAP ECP payroll according to country legislation • Build and test PCRs, schemas, wage types, and payroll rules • Support data migration, integration testing, and UAT • Assist in payroll control activities and defect resolution • Support parallel payroll runs and go-live activities • Strong expertise in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) **Required technical and professional expertise** • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors ECP experience • At least 5 end-to-end ECP or SAP HCM Payroll implementations projects • Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO and experience in payroll posting. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred technical and professional experience** N/A IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
