Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) with at least 3 end-to-end successful implementations as a team lead * Hands-on experience configuring Employee Central module, including Custom Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, Workflows, and Report Center (Canvas/Advanced reports) * Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution designs following best practices * Configure and manage EC Benefits (Insurance, Pension, Allowances, Reimbursements) * Lead business process design workshops * Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct SF training for key users * Understand and configure SF Security framework and authorizations * Manage all Data Models and have strong XML knowledge * Perform cutover activities and provide hyper-care/post-go-live support * Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts **Required technical and professional expertise** * Certified in SF EC with a valid Delta certification * 12+ years of strong experience in SF EC, including RBP and Benefits **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Exposure to SF Time Off * Experience in interfaces and major HR transformation programs IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
