**Your role and responsibilities**
* As a Package Consultant for SuccessFactors you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
* The SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant role will design and deploy HR technology solutions establishing key business capabilities & enabling the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
* The consultant will work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central functions like business rules, workflows, position management & MDF objects.
* This role requires proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central platform) as well as knowledge and experience in internal and external EC integrations and relevant experience in other SuccessFactors modules.
* Your primary responsibilities include:
* Strategic SuccessFactors Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
* Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SuccessFactors and working with the latest technologies.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Compensation — including configuration, maintenance and support in live production environments.
* Hands-on AMS (Application Management Services) support experience — managing incidents, change requests and service requests related to Employee Central/Employee Central Compensation.
* Experience with integration touchpoints — understanding of EC Compensation linkage with Employee Central Core HR, EC Benefits and payroll systems.
* Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scripts and configuration documentation, and deliver UAT support and end-user training.
* SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Experience in process optimization and automation within SuccessFactors AMS environments, leveraging new features from quarterly releases.
* Strong expertise in Employee Central-ECC/S4HANA integration using Business Integration Builder (BIB) add-on and CPI including replication error analysis and resolution.
* Proficiency in stakeholder communication and issue resolution — working directly with business users, HR teams and technical teams to ensure SLA compliance.
