Collaborate with development teams to report product errors and propose effective resolutions. Create and maintain technical knowledge base content tools and customer workarounds. Develop supportability and analysis tools to improve customer experience. Demonstrate strong diagnostic analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
