This includes planning, coordinating, and executing system upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance and stability post-implementation. * Database Administration: Manage the HANA database, including backup and recovery procedures, database performance tuning, and space administration. * Security Management: Implement and maintain system security measures. This includes user administration, authorization management, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. * Technical Support: Provide first-line and second-line support for SAP systems. This involves troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions. * Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and conduct periodic health checks. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to ensure smooth operation. * Project Support: Contribute to SAP implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
