Solution Design & Configuration * Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for project management and control. * Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PS functionalities: * Project definitions, WBS elements, networks, and activities. * Cost and revenue planning, budgeting, availability control. * Progress tracking, milestones, and scheduling. * Results Analysis and Settlement processes. * Ensure seamless integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and Asset Accounting. 2. Implementation & Project Delivery * Act as functional lead in end-to-end project lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live and support. * Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects in collaboration with ABAP/technical teams. * Drive testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality deliverables. * Support data migration activities related to PS objects. 3. Stakeholder Engagement * Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and engineering teams to align SAP PS processes with business needs. * Provide advisory support on best practices and S/4HANA innovations in Project System. 4. Continuous Improvement & Support * Analyze existing solutions and recommend improvements for performance and usability. * Deliver training sessions, prepare user manuals, and mentor junior consultants. * Provide post-implementation support and resolve complex functional issues. **Required technical and professional expertise** * ? 8+ years of experience in SAP PS, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. * ? Strong expertise in: * WBS, Networks, Activities, and Project Planning Board. * Budgeting, Availability Control, Cost Planning, and Forecasting. * Results Analysis and Project Settlement. * ? Good understanding of S/4HANA simplifications and Fiori apps for PS. * ? Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and Asset Management. * ? Ability to prepare and review detailed functional specifications. * ? Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
