The Package Consultant - Sales & Service specializes in deploying cloud-based platforms that unify sales, customer service, and support functions, enabling end-to-end visibility and automation across the customer lifecycle. **Required technical and professional expertise** * This role requires a strong understanding of packaged CRM systems and the ability to tailor standard functionalities to meet specific business needs.
