Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** Skill- Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) expert with strong consulting skills. Minimum 15 years of experience and should independently own system configuration, Interface and reports design solutions in OTL. **Required technical and professional expertise** Design and deliver Release mgmt & P2T refresh for Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Absence by tailoring configurations, orchestrations, and controls that directly serve Deployment & Release / Releases & Clones outcomes. Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud for cross-application orchestration, BI Publisher for governed outputs, OTBI for analytic insight, and FBDI/HDL/ADFdi for structured data movement; standardize governance with FSM export/import and controlled promotion. Highlight lifecycle guardrails, environment promotion via FSM, BI Publisher bursting, OTBI dashboards, data migration with FBDI/HDL/ADFdi, and operational observability with Logging and Monitoring. Incorporate niche capabilities such as Time Cards, Absence Plans, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HSDL/HDL, Scheduling; and extend with Approvals (BPM), balances & accruals, OTBI/BI, RUX pages. Codify acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (throughput, latency, resilience, privacy). Implement observability with metrics, logs, and alerts; establish rollback plans and dry-run cutovers; and enable knowledge transfer with SOPs, RACI, hands-on labs, and role-based guides. **Preferred technical and professional experience** None IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
