Your responsibilities include understanding business requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending leading practice solutions to enhance process efficiencies and reduce future maintenance efforts. **Required technical and professional expertise** * You will apply your expertise in business processes and systems to design, configure, and customize the product, as well as create functional designs and prototypes, and conduct application testing including Payroll Parallel testing. * Your role involves educating clients on Oracle HCM best practices, identifying opportunities for additional services, and providing engagement managers with status reports to keep them informed of the project’s overall progress.
