A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: •Tailored Oracle Cloud Solutions: Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology. •Application Configuration and Testing: Configure and test applications to check that it meets business requirements. •Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) * Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead * 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud * Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, ideally experienced with Absence, OTL, Payroll modules also * Experience with public sector clients like state governments, counties and cities, considered a plus * Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, perform impact analysis and testing * Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing * Assist clients with business requirements and suggest changes for process improvements * Able to travel per project and organizational needs. **Preferred technical and professional experience** N/A IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
