Gain the trust of the client, project team members and leadership team to ensure a successful task delivery. Gather and define business requirements. Gather and interpret business requirements to appropriate configurations of the Core HR module and any corresponding modules/applications. Lead the testing events associated with the project delivery cycle. Stay abreast of leading industry trends and Oracle features to give the clients the best solutions for their needs. Ability to develop a good understanding of key integrations associated with Core HR. Ability to travel during the most critical phases of the project, if requested. This role can be performed from anywhere in the US. **Required technical and professional expertise** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Specialization in Business or HR Management. Completion of 1 full lifecycle implementation in Core HR and/or experience in Managed Services Support for Oracle HCM. Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Global HR and/or other HCM Cloud modules a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels within the business.
