**Your Opportunity**
Stantec Consulting Services Inc. (SCSI) has a long history of serving the Pacific Island nations and similar regions. From planning through design, construction and realignment to addressing environmental concerns and community partnering, Stantec has the skills, capacity and desire to be a valuable partner to the Pacific Island nations throughout the western Pacific, with immediate interest to the Government of Palau. We seek an entrepreneurial individual with the desire and ability to serve the Pacific Island nations which will include develop and implement strategies to improve critical infrastructure and facilities. The candidate with be central to facilitating effective communication and team building with all stakeholders, most notably the Host Nation officials. As the Stantec Pacific Island Liaison Leader you will be supported by and directly work with the Stantec company leadership, collaborate with business line leadership and, collaborate with teams in the pursuit and execution of buildings opportunities (contracts and programs) in the Pacific Region. Position is based in Hawaii. No relocation offered.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Leadership to develop, support, and execute the Stantec Pacific Island accounts, most immediately with the Palau Government. This includes development of strategies to understand and expand current Host Nation organizational strengths and understanding current governmental and administration relationships.,
+ Engage Host Nation leadership to understand upcoming business and teaming opportunities, and position Stantec successfully deliver the requirements to the client.
+ Perform QA, and related activities supporting the management and execution of projects
+ Represent Stantec with community outreach efforts as necessary for client and Stantec success in the region.
**Education and Experience**
+ BS Degree in Engineering or Architecture; advanced degree preferred
+ At least 20 years working as a Registered Architect
+ Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with Pacific Region Island Nations and Specifically Palau.

**Pay Range:**
• Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 128,200.00 - Max Salary $ 192,200.00
**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
