PaaS and SaaS Performance Manager, Google Cloud
**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, or Strategy and Operations, including supporting a Cloud or SaaS sales organization. + Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders. + Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making. **Preferred qualifications:** + MBA degree. + Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function and cloud consumption. + Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms, etc), and experience collaborating with other business analysts and data scientists. + Experience building relationships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., BI, marketing, partners, finance, sales operations, etc.). + Experience in operating executive cadence and strategic insight, informing the direction of the business. + Knowledge of the full enterprise business cycle, renewal/consumption business models, and business motions. The Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice organization, as part of the Customer Experience organization, is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. This organization is responsible for setting strategy with an understanding of product and the market and activating the field against the largest addressable market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate growth and enable the GTM organization to deliver on the financial plan. As the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving action-oriented insights for our Practice Areas and GTM Geos, around our solutions, business plays, lead generation efforts, pipeline growth, and ultimate business consumption. Your successful execution will bring clarity, insightful interpretation, and actionable learnings, which create impact and value for the entire Cloud Sales organization.You must be direct and data-driven, with the curiosity and autonomy to develop hypotheses about the business, and validate them by leveraging both your own problem-solving skills and the help of other teams where relevant. You will showcase thought leadership by providing executive-ready insights, frameworks, and identifying new areas of analysis, partnering closely with Practice or Geo leads in the GTM Practice organization. Additionally, you will also drive cross-functional coordination across multiple levels of Google Cloud, shaping and coordinating high-quality inputs from teams within the GTM Practice organization, and external local and global cross functional teams. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Support prioritization and targeting of business initiatives through a data-driven approach. + Develop and implement measurement frameworks, to identify areas of high/low performance. + Identify, parse, and share executive level insights, supporting the Practice Organization and key business partners through both ad-hoc requests and regular cadences (forecasts, quarterly business reviews, etc) related to the pipeline performance. + Drive scalable execution, delivering actionable and industrialized insights and dashboards on our business play and practice execution, at all levels of the organization, down to individual sales representative-level. + Contribute to global thought leadership on business health and performance, metrics definitions, dashboards and scaled insights, and tooling.
