Position Summary:
Adam Albrecht, Sr. Manager for the Digital Creation Sales Development Team at Perforce is searching for a Sales Development Representative to join the team. The Sales Development Representative at Perforce will represent the intermediate level in sales development activities. Professionals in this role will demonstrate proficiency in lead generation processes. Responsibilities will include managing lead qualification, executing outreach campaigns, and utilizing CRM tools, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and enhance the efficiency of the sales pipeline.
This position will support our P4 brand. P4 (formerly Helix Core) gives global development and design teams a version control foundation for creating without limits. With an unrivaled ability to handle the expanding size and complexity of today’s projects. P4 can stores and tracks changes to digital assets—from source code to 3D assets—while enabling teams to collaborate like never before.
Requirements: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales development toolsAdvanced knowledge of social selling techniques and platformsExpertise in lead generation and qualification methodologiesStrong data analysis and reporting skillsProficiency in pipeline management and forecastingAdvanced understanding of marketing automation tools and their integration with sales processesExcellent command of communication tools, including email, phone, and video conferencing platformsFamiliarity with account mapping and stakeholder identification techniquesProficiency in creating and delivering personalized sales presentationsKnowledge of industry-specific software and technologies Ability to use and interpret sales analytics and performance metricsFamiliarity with best practices in sales development and lead management1+ years of experience in Sales Development or a related field. Responsibilities: Formulate and execute innovative sales development strategiesOptimize intricate lead workflowsDrive revenue growth through advanced sales development practicesIdentify and qualify new sales opportunities, primarily via phone, social media, and emailAct as a bridge between marketing and sales teamsTrack and analyze results, including conversion rates, meeting attendance, and pipeline developmentPersonalize messaging and map accounts to target the right stakeholdersCommunicate with key stakeholdersPrepare pipeline analysis and report on new business opportunities for the sales teamReview and analyze trends such as closed lost deals, no-shows, and personalization strategiesContinuously improve skills by seeking industry and SDR best practicesMay be required to support additional products/brands as required.Come work with us!
