P2P (Procure to Pay) Specialist - 12 month contract
We are seeking a P2P specialist to join our Global Procurement team in Dublin. The P2P Specialist will be a subject matter expert (SME) for the Global Procurement Operation Department ensuring the accurate PO processes by business users. Participating as part of a team responsible for providing support to the end users of oracle Fusion. This role has an impact on our global procurement program process and improvement, driving financial impact without sacrificing quality, value, and service. **What You’ll Do:** + Administer all activities related to PO requisition & catalogue process and ensure policy and procedure compliance. + Work very closely with the General accounting team while performing the PO close for month end. + Ensure high level & accurate responses are received and challenged in relation to the PO close process. + Ensuring all P2P tickets are accurately handled within the agreed departmental SLA. + Act as a point of contact between different party of the organization & the external Partner, provide excellent customer service both to Internal and External customers. + Coordinate training sessions and provide support and general information to the end user. + Coordinate escalation with Operation, Field, and External Partner. + Deliver quality of service to the action assigned inquiries as per agreed SLAs. + Support Management with SOX Controls, reports, internal & external audit. + Support IT project Continuous improvement project. + Monitor & review HAPPYFOX tickets are accurately handled within the agreed departmental SLA + To provide coverage for Fleet Catalogue management, Daily tasks: Fleet PO update, Fleet PO validation & Fleet reports + Train/ support BPO EMEA Buying Centre team. **What We’re Looking For:** **Education:** + Bachelors Degree in a Business/Procurement or related discipline **Experience:** + Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in related field + Experience in industry an advantage **Competencies:** + High attention to detail + Proficient in Microsoft Suite + Ability to work within teams and independently. + Exceptional business acumen + General knowledge around theory and practice of marketing, finance, operations, accounting, and IT + Project management skills **What You’ll Get:** + Discounts on any standard Hertz Rental in Corporate countries. + Hybrid/flexible working arrangements + 22 days holidays on hire rising to 27 days with service. + Occupational Pension Scheme with up to 5% company matched contribution. + Life Cover payable at 4 times base salary. + Profit Share Scheme + Tuition support plus access to compressive online learning platform + 10 days paid study leave & paid exam leave where exams fall during work hours. + Income protection for long term illness + Professional membership fees paid in full annually where membership relates directly to role. + Bike to Work & Travel Pass schemes. + Employee Assistance Programme for employees and family + Onsite Occupational Health support + Discounted Microsoft at Home plan + Christmas savings scheme + Free parking The Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations throughout North America, Europe, The Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
