WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Person with Excellent English communication and negotiation skills and willingness to work in global and cross-departmental environment

• Problem solver. Person with improvement mindset, willing to work on process efficiency, looking for automation and process changes

• Person with good analytical and organizational skills, ability to translate findings into solutions.

• Candidate who can work independently, able to work in dynamic environments with some level of ambiguity

• Minimum  3 years of experience in Purchase to Pay, with knowledge of end to end process, understanding of main KPIs and SLAs

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

As P2P Optimization Lead you will:

• Work in project mode on improvements, participate and lead regional or local initiatives.

• Participate in building and redesigning processes, prepare training materials, run trainings e.g. for business stakeholders

• Participate in setting up the most efficient and optimal process for invoices

• Build partnership with business and P2P stakeholders where needed

*For those applying in Poland, in this position you will earn no less than 13,730 PLN gross monthly.
