As a Portfolio Executive (internally titled), you will play a key role in driving both strategic and tactical initiatives for this category. You’ll identify opportunities, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with our broader business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive performance goals for the product in line with strategic objectivesManage product portfolio for your category and product lifecycle planningManage New Product Launches working collaboratively with global and local teamsDefine and target consumer segments with targeted product design, conversion strategies, and launch initiativesDeliver actionable insights from consumer trends and purchase behaviorReport on portfolio performance and initiative outcomesEnsure the right product is available at the right price in the right channelCollaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levelsLeverage data analytics to inform decisions and optimize portfolio performance

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

Passionate and results-driven, with the ability to influenceA creative and curious thinker, with strong attention to detailA team player who can also work independentlyConfident, with excellent communication skillsExperienced in data analytics and comfortable using insights to drive strategyIdeally from an FMCG background, or with multicategory experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused industries
