Responsibilities: Perform HR full functions, including but not limited to: Optimize the P&O related process by digital tools. Support in recruitment activities, such as interview arrangements and candidate sourcing. Prepare P&O monthly reports as needed. Manage personnel document filing and organization. Provide departmental administrative support. Requirements: Basic understanding and skills of Microsoft Outlook/ Office. Basic understanding and skills of RPA tools, such as Power Automate and VBA, etc.Good communication and interpersonal skills. A self-starter with ownership.
