Your tasks will include:

Provides first level P&O support to managers and employees.Supports employee relation activities by investigating and solving issues.Participate in local P&O activities such as recruiting, training, payroll support, onboarding and separation.Manages data and documentation handling at local level.Administrative support for the HR department; creation of HR reports.Handling ad hoc tasks and participating in projects.Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support.Creating and registering all employment related documents.

Required education and skills:

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interest in HR topics and organizational development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, reliable, and well-organized.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HR tools is a plus.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
