As a HRBP at Siemens, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, delivering strategic and operational HR support. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and contributing to a high-performance culture. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Key Responsibilities:Provides first level P&O support to managers and employees.Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters.Supports employee relation activities by investigating and solving issues.Support and execute core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.Manages data and documentation handling at local level.Maintain accurate HR data and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Participate in and support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives at the local and regional level.Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and employee engagement. Required Profile: Experience: 4–6 years in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Advisor or HRBP role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Languages: English proficiencyKnowledge & Skills:
Solid understanding of HR practices and processes Background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, and Employee Relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Client orientationPeople oriented
