Position Overview:
The Commercial Data Intern will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy, developing scalable data pipelines, and creating insightful visualizations to support decision-making across the Sales team. Key responsibilities are as follows:
Data Engineering:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
Implement best practices for data management, including data governance, security, and compliance.
Data Visualization:
Lead the development of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Gen 2 that provide insights into business performance and market behaviour.
Create compelling visualizations that communicate complex data in an accessible manner.
Technology and Innovation:
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and visualization, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities within the organization.
Drive innovation by exploring new methodologies for data analysis and visualization.
Job Qualifications
A forward thinker who can participate in the development and implementation of new ideas.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.
Excellent visionary, strategic, and strong leadership skills, with strong communication skills and analytical thinking.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and drive innovation and business growth.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft data bricks, Power BI Gen 2, SQL, Python & PySpark programming.
Proficiency with data architecture and data processing tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
