Handle multiple complex projects both locally and globallyLead the Business Team by collecting all the facts (by understanding the business process) and system requirement, provide analysis, liaising with IT and vendor, proposing process and system design to the Manager and user, do the system testing, and ensure the system deployment incl. new process implementationDocument all the project materials from Project Initialization to Project Post Go-Live Support as standard Project Management in order to meet audit standardAssist the user about details of new system flow, features / functionality, or mechanism in order to ensure knowledge of internal team prior to Application Launching, support the hypercare period, and transfer to business as usualEnsure existing interfaces between P&C systems and other local and global systems are properly monitored and maintained ensure proper documentation for all support activitiesPerform and document P&C data audit on a daily / weekly / monthly basis using appropriate system tools to ensure only up to date and quality P&C data are kept in the systemsProvide first cut analysis on current specific P&C business system and process for further discussion on recommendation for a better (improvement) and more streamlined processHelp to solve other team problem by giving technical solution based on knowledge/expertise in P&C Process and SystemTogether with Manager to do resource planning and analysi

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

College/University Degree in Information Technology/Computer SciencHas experience and knowledged in Excel, PeopleSoft Oracle, Oracle SQL, and SAPAt least 2 years professional experience in IT ideally combined with P&C is a plusKnowledge in Change Management, P&C processes and systems are a pluExcellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must (both in English and Bahasa IndonesiaExcellent in communication and able to manage diverse stakeholdersAble to connect the dots and have a good strategic thinking
