To support our factory, ASML keeps parts, tools and packaging in Warehouses close to our customers. These are outsourced to suppliers or Logistics Service Suppliers (3PL’s).
The Replenishment Hub is tasked to make sure these warehouses are ready to support our factory in the most efficient way, which means that all facilities are fit for purpose, there is enough space and sufficient manpower and that activities are performed in line with the agreed SLA’s and budgets. Facilities in our warehouses include Clean Technology Infrastructure (such as clean rooms) to inspect packaging and clean tooling, to make sure we supply our suppliers and factories with tools in the right quality.
The Service Hub in FTZ at Linkou area is to support the implement of the service materials for the demand from the field. The conversion activities need to be managed and driven in line with the service level agreement with 3PL and fulfill ASML’s customer demand from worldwide.
The Return Hub is to make sure the defect parts and tools can be stock properly and able to repair or reuse in line with the supply plan under the agreed SLA with suppliers. For things not repair or reuseable need to scrape follow the local legal & Custom policy and the company environment policy.
Job mission
Support the operation of Tainan factory and Linkou factory on :
- Meet the requirement from factory to make the right balance between replenishment hub & warehouse next to the factory
-Co-work with factory to utilize the right space in the return hub and address the right action
-Special request or escalation cases from factory
You manage the 3PL’s that are selected operate the service warehouses in your assigned responsibility on:
- Budget and cost saving initiatives
- Performance review and performance improvement initiatives Ensure these warehouses are operated flawlessly by the 3PL’s by auditing on adherence of the right procedures and systems by putting proper controls in place. The growing number of produced ASML machines requires us to setup new warehouses or expand or relocate existing warehouses. It will be your responsibility to co-work with GWS team to translate the business requirements into warehouse requirements and support the infrastructure projects successfully to completion. You will need to collaborate with a multitude stakeholders within ASML to be able to run projects and operations.
Job description
Manage the actual expense for the warehouses within the agreed yearly budget
Manage the 3PL’s on performance through periodical business reviews (weekly / monthly)
Ensure warehouses stay fit for purpose at all time by driving infrastructural changes: Translate parts, tools and packaging handling and storage requirements into the logistics facilities needed.
Build relationships with wide range of internal and external stakeholders, for example: Procurement, Suppliers, factory logistics etc.
Define, drive and deliver optimization projects in the Warehousing domain to drive cost down, material availability up and/or performance up.
Act as a subject matter expert in your field
Help in implementing WMS at some of the warehouses
Education
MSc. or Bachelor in Supply Chain Management
Experience
7+ years experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics position in the High-Tech industry
Experience with Project Management
Experience with Service Logistics and/or managing 3PL’s

Context of the Position
The RPH&SH&RTH Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products across ASML’s manufacturing and logistics network in Taiwan. This position is strategically positioned to support both the Tainan and Linkou factories, which are pivotal to ASML’s semiconductor equipment production and service operations. In addition, the role is responsible for driving efficiency and innovation in replenishment and return hub, which are essential for maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting ASML’s circular supply chain initiatives.
