Kforce has a client in Oldsmar, FL that is seeking a P-Card Vendor Specialist. Responsibilities: * Enter and update vendor information in accordance with company policy * Notify internal requesters of vendor setup completion in an accurate, timely and professional (ACT) manner * Track and update insurance certificates and captain's licenses; Maintain organized spreadsheets for both * Place vendors on hold if required insurance documentation is not received * Verify vendor Tax Identification Numbers (TINs) through the IRS website and validate business status via state corporation websites * Maintain organized records of certificates and licenses in accordance with ACT standards * Assist in administering and auditing P-Card program, providing support to cardholders and liaising with financial institutions as required * Provide excellent customer service to our operational business partners * Perform additional duties as assigned
