Role Description 

P&C Local Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.  

P&C Local Services is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees, and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. P&C Local Services cooperates closely with all other teams within HR.  
 
Key Responsibilities 

Organize, file, and maintain HR records and personnel documentation (both physical and digital) 

Ensure accurate and confidential storage of employee files in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements 

Coordinate documents delivery by employees 

Support new employees onboarding process 

Support other ad hoc activities 

 

Education and qualifications/ Skills and competencies 

Strong ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize work tasks 

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion  

Strong attention to detail, good time management skills (keeping deadlines) and ability to work independently 

Customer oriented  

Good communication skills – both, written and verbal in Polish and English 

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset 

MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)    

 

Work experience 

Previous experience in administrative support or document management, especially in HR, is a plus 

Customer-oriented environment experience is an advantage 

 

Contract information 

 

Part-time employment   6 months’ contract, with possibility of prolongation
