Responsibilities: Deliver, set up, and monitor home oxygen therapy for patients transitioning from healthcare facilities to home settings. Build and maintain trusted relationships with referral partners, healthcare practitioners, and patient families. Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to prescribed care plans. Provide education and support to clients on the safe, effective use of equipment. Participate in outreach, awareness, and professional engagement activities within the medical community. Ensure compliance with provincial oxygen program standards and company protocols. The successful candidate has:  Demonstrated experience providing home oxygen or respiratory therapy services. Current registration as RRT, RN, or LPN in good standing Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract.
