Seeking an Owner’s Manager for EPC projects to represent ownership interests and oversee safety, quality, budget, and schedule from conception to completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience as an Owner’s Representative or senior Project Manager within EPC projects
Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, construction plans, project management software, and industry codes and standards
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in contract management and compliance
Experience with risk identification and mitigation strategies
Familiarity with quality and safety protocols in large-scale EPC projects
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary representative of the owner throughout project lifecycle
Manage overall project budget, schedule, and scope to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
Review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and obligations
Identify risks, delays, and change orders, and implement mitigation plans
Coordinate communication and collaboration with EPC contractors, designers, and suppliers
Oversee adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Resolve project-related issues during design, procurement, and construction phases
Track and report project progress, costs, and challenges to ownership and internal management
Manage final closeout activities, including documentation, turnover, and warranty processes
Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
