Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Owned Media Lead, you will plan, optimize and execute CRM communication across owned channels such as email, push, SMS and WhatsApp. Using customer data and marketing automation, you will enable personalized, relevant and timely customer journeys that support commercial goals, campaigns and membership growth. You will play a key role in aligning owned media with paid and earned activities, ensuring consistent, omni‑channel communication that strengthens customer engagement and delivers measurable impact. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.

You will:

Plan and optimize CRM communication across email, push and, where applicable, SMS and WhatsApp, in line with the local marketing calendar.Leverage the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) to create data‑driven, automated customer journeys and campaign communication.Oversee global email and push activities to ensure strong alignment between global and local communication.Use customer data and segmentation to deliver personalized content that drives conversion and membership growth.Support the Commercial team with relevant SEO actions.Coordinate with Paid Media Leads to align owned media activities with paid and earned campaigns.Collaborate closely with production and commercial teams to brief and execute campaigns that balance brand and sales objectives and align with QCP.Plan and execute local H&M Membership events, partnerships and Mission activations according to global guidelines.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will work closely with Paid Media Leads, Commercial and Production teams, CRM and data specialists, as well as local and global marketing stakeholders. You act as the connector between customer data, content and channels, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

5+ years of experience in CRM, owned media or digital marketing, preferably within retail or e‑commerce.Strong understanding of email, app and digital channel management.Experience working with marketing automation platforms and campaign execution.Strong analytical skills and confidence in using data to optimize performance.Experience in an international, stakeholder‑rich environment.A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.Fluency in English, written and spoken.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Prague, Czech Republic. The Owned Media Lead reports to Marketing Manager.
