Job Requirements: + M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited School of Medicine and completion of appropriate residency + Active Board certification or eligibility Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics + Current and unrestricted licensure in applicable state(s) + May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
