AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a candidate for a Full-Time Over Night Retail Cook/Food Service Attendant. Shift is 5pm – 330am/3-4 days per week. Great starting rate of $18.00/hr. with continual opportunities to make more money. Understanding of basic food safety and experience in a high-volume cafeteria is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Must have at least 1 year of cooking experience Prepare hot and/or cold foods, properly store food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage. Cooking with Fryers, Ovens, and Grill Experience Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items. Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils. Interact with guests in the serving, retail, and dining areas. Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact, and greeting guests. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep production consistent to our standards and to set a positive example for the shift team. Able to communicate clearly on the IP Phone with hospital staff throughout the shift while maintaining retail needs. Follow AVI operational policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, stocking, and merchandising. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
