Check out this video for more information on our great company! Location Description Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa is a luxury resort located in Vero Beach, Florida. The resort's rooms and suites are spacious and luxuriously appointed, with many offering stunning views of the ocean or the pool. Overview The Overnight Guest Service Agent is responsible for the safety and security of guests and employees, tending to guest service request, and ensuring that the property is secure. This includes supporting other department activities to help assure the highest levels of guest and employee service. This is an overnight position. Qualifications Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to work 11pm - 7am (Sunday Night & Monday Night) Upon arrival, the Overnight GSA shall clock into work, according to the scheduled time of their shift. When relieving the Guest Service Agent/Engineer on duty, ensure that all necessary equipment is present: Keys, radio, pass on outlining events that are important to the oncoming shift. Possible hazards or safety reminders, and any unfinished work. Perform various Patrols and Perimeter Checks of designated areas at designated times, performing the functions of the SOP which is not all inclusive of duties that may arise. Below is an example of duties, but not all inclusive, of things to be done and to observe while patrolling: a. Note any loud music b. Lighting that is out c. Pick-up in Room Delivery Trays, (IRD Trays) outside guestrooms d. Pick-up Breakfast vouchers e. Remove any garbage in hallways f. Ensure that ladder going to roof has preventative grating and locks in place g. Be aware of spills, hallway blockages and housekeeping carts h. Prepare cabana umbrellas prior to departure. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $16.50/Hr. - $17.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
